FIRST LOOK: James McAvoy & Rose Byrne on the Oxford Set of X-MEN: FIRST CLASS

A slew of set images have appeared online giving X-fans a glimpse of McAvoy as Professor Charles Xavier, Byrne as Moira McTaggart and Jennifer Lawrence as a young Mystique.

Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class, which predates the previously released X-Men films, tells the story of Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and Erik Lensherr (Micheal Fassbender) before their respective hero and villain days. Currently filming in the United Kingdom, the movie is a theatrical release date of June 3rd, 2011.

BleedingCool.com has the scoop on a plethora of images from the Oxford set of First Class. Though not as clear as the first images of January Jones as Emma Frost, these will give fans their first look at several other main cast members in 60's era garb:

Nice scoop but I think these are officially the most boring set pics I have ever seen. I'd rather see buildings.

Jennifer Lawrence as a young Mystique. I didn't know she would be in it. I'm actually pretty excited to see this flick.
