Teaser Trailer for I AM NUMBER FOUR

I Am Number Four is based on The New York Times bestselling novel from Jobie Hughes and James Frey. DreamWorks released the first teaser trailer for the sci-fi thriller today. It is due out February 18, 2011.

The movie boasts an accomplished behind the scenes crew with a screenplay from Alfred Gough and Miles Millar (Smallville, Spider-Man 2) and is being directed by D.J. Caruso (Eagle Eye, Disturbia). Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg are producing with David Valdes, Chris Bender and J.C. Spink.

I Am Number Four stars Alex Pettyfer (Number Four, John Smith), Timothy Olyphant (Henri), Teresa Palmer (Number Six), Dianna Agron (Sarah) and Kevin Durand (The Commander).

Synopsis:
A story about a group of nine earthbound aliens who escaped their planet just before it was annihilated by a rival species. Hiding out on Earth, disguised as a human teenager in high school, the title character discovers that he is being hunted by the enemy that destroyed his planet.
