The reunion scene between Rick and his family was fantastic. Very well acted.

many shining moments in this episode. The reunion, Shane snapping was amazing, Daryl's search for Merle, the zombie eating the deer (brutal) - this TV show slays most horror films' asses.

It was pretty good seeing Shane beat the Jesus out of that redneck dude.
Good epi in general

Good to see Shane found a way to vent his frustrations lol. Reunion may me a little teary eyed.

This is a great series. Loved every ep so far. I'm glad Shane keeps these people in line. So many times you see in movies people do stupid things and gets them all into trouble. At least there is someone to stop them this time. It only makes sense and the people should be thanking him. But I can see why that might make them worried around him...oh well just don't do stupid things.
Sucks that there are only 3 episodes left!!! =(

Hollywood Reporter is saying that the ratings for the 3rd episode went up from 4.7 for Episode 2 to 5.1 for Episode 3. I'm so glad that the series is at good as it is but I think it makes me even happier that so many other people are into it and STAYING into it! It's just too bad they didn't have the foresight to know it would do THIS good so they would have done a 13 episode 1st season instead of 6. Hopefully they will fast track Season 2 and get it out in the spring.

after an awesome reception like this I bet they will.

Yup, ep3 was the best one by a mile (not that the first two were bad). They totally telegraphed the ending of ep3 toward the end of ep2.
I didn't think that I would like this series as much as I have but it has paid off in spades. Kudos to TWD cast & crew and AMC for such a fantastic product.
