X-MEN FIRST CLASS charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time.

Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to prevent nuclear Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

Directed by Matthew Vaughn, the film stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Jones, Kevin Bacon, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Caleb Landry Jones, Lucas Till, Edi Gathegi, Jason Flemyng, Oliver Platt, Morgan Lily, Zoe Kravitz, Bill Bilner. It opens in theaters on June 3, 2011.

Several weeks ago, fans were treated to a ton of simultaneous promotions for the upcoming film, including the first cast picture along with several production stills from the film and finally, the first X-Men: First Class teaser poster sporting a logo that very closely resembles our description from last month.

Now, courtesy of the film's Facebook page (which you can visit by clicking on the image to the right), here is the full logo for Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters:

I agree. Too bad the film is looking like it's going to suck. I'm not going to have anything to do with this page on facebook.
